P1160118.jpgChallenge: GCN wanted to remove redundant stock from some of their stores which would have left large gaps within bays.

Solution: We suggested fitting the stores with bay fillers in order to fill the gaps left by a more streamlined product range. The bay fillers could also act as directional signage for products in that particular area of the store. 

Results: Once placed in-store, the bay fillers provided more contemporary look and feel.

This concept was tested within their Leicester store which saw an uplift of 6% over a 12 week trial period.

The refit and is now being rolled out to more of their stores.
